RETURNS POLICY
Every GUZZALONI piece of jewellery is individually hand crafted and we understand it can be difficult to order online.
Please reach out to our customer services team with any questions you may have prior to ordering, to ensure the piece you choose is perfect for you.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us and we will try to accommodate your needs as best as we can.
RETURNS CRITERIA
- They have not been worn
- Proof of purchase
- Returned within 14 days of dispatch date
- You have the original packaging

EXCLUSIONS
All sale items and earring sales are final and unfortunately returns and refunds are not accepted due to change of mind, so please be careful with your design choice and sizing.
As bespoke / custom orders are designed and made specifically for each customer, we do not accept any refunds due to change of mind. If you change your mind on your purchase after the deposit has been paid, the deposit and balance is not refundable. Changes after the second payment are not encouraged due to the expensive costs that may be incurred.
FAULTY ITEMS
If any item is faulty upon arrival, please get in touch with us straight away and we can organise a return and replacement within 28 days of purchase. For faulty goods please email info@guzzaloni.com.
RETURN SHIPPING
Unless the item is faulty upon arrival, return shipping costs, customs charges, government taxes and duties for international & domestic orders are not covered. Return shipping costs will be added to your repair invoice and payment is required prior to repairing your item.
STOCKIST RETAILERS
Purchases made at GUZZALONI retailers are subject to the return policies and procedures of that vendor and will not be accepted for return in person.
